I am a Horrible Mother!

So today my sister called me and asked me for some pictures and well I figured out I am a horrible mother. I don't have any of the pictures you would expect a mother to have. I don't have hardly any family pictures of us and no professional ones but the ones my Mom and Al have done for me......I am lucky if I have pictures of Allie in my favorite outfits or worse with each of her grandparents and ages. This totally depresses me to think I have missed my opportunity. I feel like that commercial where they take the kid at like 7 and redo all of his baby photo's......I know I am a horrible Mother. My new goal is to be better at getting the pictures I dream of. Let's just hope I do!

Baby Booties!

Ok I have a new quest! I have been doing a lot of crocheting lately and for a long time I have wanted to learn how to make these to today I am going to attempt to trying to start one. I have watched the video on the internet on how to make them like 20 times and I feel like I have a good idea on how to at least get it started so wish me luck!

Heavenly Brushetta!

OK so this was the best lunch I have ever made! I changed it up a little after searching the Internet for about 2 hours last night. First of all most important when making this use really good olive oil it makes a huge difference. Colivita is the type of Olive Oil we used and was worth every penny and can be bought at most grocery stores. The we used Cherry Sweet Tomato's and Golden tomato's. Fresh Basil. Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper. Then for the special Touch we added Mozzarella Cheese. ( We LOVE Cheese!) Mixed it all together and let it sit While we bake the bread. We went to a French Bakery to get the bread and was SO worth it. So we Brushed the bread with Olive Oil then cooked it in the oven. Flipped the bread. brushed it again. Then we put it together and ATE it while if you notice in the picture of me watched Julie and Julia while eating the BEST Lunch ever!

Ok Everyone after searching the Internet and having Kirsten begging me to find the recipe. I found the recipe of the very yummy looking Bruschetta from Julie and Julia...One of my Top 5 favorite movies of all time. She inspires me to cook. So tomorrow Kirsten and I are going make them. I need to figure out how this Sleep thing works?

Sleep is something I day dream about. I am all messed up. I could take a nap anytime in the day but I never do. Then night time comes. I am wide awake. Here it is 4 A.M and No Sleep. Usually my bedtime is around 1 or 2 but tonight I just can't seem to figure out how this Sleep thing works?

Potty Training!

Dear Parents out there who have Potty Trained your Children. YOU ARE AMAZING! I am not. I am done with trying to potty train Allie. She is so stubborn and has her mind made up about the toilet. Nothing works. I have tried everything I can think of and all the advice people have given me. Running around Naked, bribes, games, reminding, different kinds of toilets, Magic Fairy Panties ( they help you remember to go Potty) Princesses Panties. Making her clean it up when she messes. So...........I have come to the conclusion that you are all amazing! I am just going to keep letting Allie go when she wants to but I am not going to bug her about it anymore. I am done..............for now!

My Quest!

I  have started a new quest in my life besides trying to blog more often. I am going to watch every Movie or TV show they watch on Gilmore Girls. I wanted to start with something classic and quoted in many movies so I watched " The Godfather." I Loved it. I have always been fascinated with the Mafia and wondered what it would be like to be apart of it. Every other movie I have seen that had the Mafia in it was not as well "Real" to me as this was. Scared me a little. So needless to say I do not want to be in the Mafia anymore. I am going to watch Part 2 and 3 next. I am very excited for the Sofia Dying scene. Since Lorelai likes to watch it over and over again.

I Have Appeared !

Hey World! I know what you are thinking MIMI what is up you never post on your blog anymore this is amazing WOW! Well I thought I am on Facebook all the time so I should try to blog to everyday too. So today my blog is about well Random crap. What is on my mind a lot the Zoo. They have had a ton of babies in the past couple of months a Snow Leopard, Meerkats, Giraffe and Elephant! Ok Next in line is My Hair. I AM OVER IT! I need something new.

Almost last on my mind is Dancing Classes for Allie. Anyone know of a good place to have Allie take classes and will let her start soon. She will be 3 October 1.
