Polly want a Cracker?

Allie has started to become a parrot!. She loves to say everything everyone else says a lot. I am starting to realize the sayings I use all the time. Allies all time favorite are

~Hey Friend! (said by her mother when her friends call her phone)
~Oh my Heck! (she says this ALL the time and every time she does it catches me off guard)
~Don't understand cry (I always say to Allie "I don't understand crying" got this one from Lou)
~Fruck ( Ok so when Allie says Truck it sounds more like the F word....Jason's siblings thinks its so funny so they try to get her to say it all the time)
~Hey Girlfriend ( Jean taught this one to Allie "they have a ball saying it to each other all the time)
~Bibibopiboo ( you have to sing Cinderella or life would be boring) *Added story.....At the beginning of Cinderella Allie Loves to sing the opening credits. Its my favorite part of her watching it. She knows all the words and sings right on Tune (YAY at least I have taught her to sing on key)
~Ding! All done. ( Allie is obsessed with cooking. She loves to bake, cook and chop all day long. I get at least. 7 to 10 meals a day from her. She is the best)
~Nook (means milk)
~ Allie loves to do the dishes. She would do them all day if I let her. *let's just hope she still loves to to them when she is 16. Right?

Grease~ I love this musical the music is so much fun to sing and dance to. The message over all is not so great for kids but I never got it til I was way older.

Gifts

The thing I am most looking forward to when I am a grandma is that you dont have to say No. (if you don't want to

Grandpa Larry
~OH I miss this man! Grandpa Larry was the only Grandpa I have ever known. He was the funnest grandpa to have. He would make funny sounds when you hugged him and always tell you how beautiful you are! He always was teasing people to make them smile and was and is one of the greatest examples of Love I know. He cherished my Grandma with all this soul!

Grover
~ Grover is one of my favorite Characters from Sesame Street! I love him when he is Super Grover! My absolute favorite parts with him are when he is the waiter for the Blue Bald Guy. I always thought that was so funny and still do!

Eight

Today is a lucky day! And the summer Olympics begin. I loved watching the Opening Ceremony! My favorite outfit was Sweden I loved how they took chinese clothes and put there flag on them. Support our fellow Americans! Anyway, I looked up why the number 8 is lucky for the Chinese on Wikipedia. Hope you all have the best of luck today!

EightThe word for "eight" (八,捌) in Mandarin (Pinyin: bā) sounds similar to the word which means "prosper" or "wealth" ( - short for "发财", Pinyin: fā). In regional dialects the words for "eight" and "fortune" are also similar, eg Cantonese "baat" and "faat".There is also a resemblance between two digits, "88", and the shuang xi ('double joy'), a popular decorative design composed of two stylized characters 喜 (xi, 'joy', 'happiness').Telephone number 8888-8888 was sold for USD$270,723 in Chengdu, China. The Summer Olympics in Beijing are scheduled to open on 8/8/08 at 8:08:08pm[2]A man in Hangzhou offered to sell his license plate reading A88888 for RMB 1.12 million.[2]Dragon Fish Industry in Singapore, a breeder of rare Asian Arowanas (which are "lucky fish" themselves, and, being a rare species, are required to be microchipped), makes sure to use numbers with plenty of eights in their microchip tag numbers, and appears to reserve particular numbers especially rich in eights and sixes (e.g. 702088880006688) for particularly valuable specimens.[3][4]

Memory

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Portfolio

Last Week my School had a photo shoot I had to participate in. The theme for the Styles were 40's or as they say it "Pretty Damn Glam" So I had my best friend from school Kirstin be my Model. I have to say that I was not really impressed with the photographer. He didn't get my ideas so I had to pose her very basic. Plus my cute friend can not and I repeat can not be sexy or serious in pictures she looks mad or crazy. I love her for that though because she is my giggly friend and makes me Laugh a lot which is what friends are for.

This one was really funny it was at the end of the photo shoot and I told Kirstin to dance the gidder bug because she is a dancer.

This is one of the ones I am going to use for my Portfolio along with the one under it
I love the dress she is wearing. It was my grandmothers, so I was cool because it was vintage.
( I Love the Hair I felt so cool that day. I looked my self in the mirror and said girl you got talent)
I just love this one with my Huge Boas
This was the first Pic we took! Very Kirstin's personality I Love this photo

Dying Inside?

I need some input on a subject I have been thinking about a lot lately. Any advice would be great and I don't mind who it comes from so PLEASE Comment!

Do you think that if you stop doing something that is such apart of you. That you can slowly die inside? Like if you are a painter and you stop using a paint, or a Dancer who stops dancing, computer wiz without and computer, carpenter without wood.......but in my case its Music....A singer who doesn't sing and a Fiddler who cant get her self to play a note.

I love to sing and I do in my car and with Allie also around the house and all that stuff but, not like I use to. Singing was a huge part of my life. I was always sharing it with someone and now only with Allie which is not a bad thing but I know my voice is not what it use to be. When I was in primary teaching the kids all the songs it wasn't so bad but now I no longer have that calling so I don't share my music.

Violin is a whole crazy topic with me. I know I have issues and I have some people in my life that are willing to do anything for me to play those strings again. I know if my mother heard them again she would cry because she would know how hard it is for me to even try. ....I think I am going to put if all out there.

I feel like a failure when it comes to Violin. I know Mom and Dad both of you are shocked I would say that, but I do. I didn't make it into concerto night and I know I could have. I let you both down all those years of lessons and I couldn't even try to make it. I took it for granted how easy Violin came to me. I know that at that time in my life I was not who I am now and was very very stupid. I am sorry for that! So now my problem is every time I pick that violin up I feel like a failure! My issue I know and I am working really hard to get past that.

So the question again Do you think that if you stop doing something that is such apart of you. that you can slowly die inside?

Miss Blanche!

My silly Allie Girl! She cracks me up. She talks a mile a minute. I cant understand half of what she says but I act like I do so she will keep talking. Her new thing is to say Mom then say it again and again so we have a name war. Mom...Allie...Mom....Allie...Mom...I can ask her what she wants and she will just say Mom so I say OK and hug her or just kiss her. Then she laughs and runs away.

Babies are very big in Allie's world right now. She loves to sing to them or put them to sleep. Burping is very important and of course Feeding. She started breast feeding her baby the other day after she saw Lou feed Sofia. I just laughed and let her do it. Breast feeding is very important to your child. When you say Baby in Allie's world its not said Baby its Bebe. in a lower tone of voice.....Don't forget to play patty-e-cake. So much fun!!

Hear music its time to Dance baby! Twirling, bouncing, tapping, Swaying, Booty shaking and her beautiful Sashay as she walks. I love how she uses her arms when she dances. She is so happy when she hears the beat and gets so excited when I start to dance with her. She is fascinated when she see other people dance. So you think you can dance is one of her favorite shows.

ELMO!! I Love Elmo. He makes Allie so happy and the more I watch it with her he makes me happy. I love how crazy Elmo is and Red too! Allie found this toy in Noah's room the other day that is a fish bowl that is Noah's Fish's toy. Allie came running to me and told me it was Dorthy who is Elmo's pet fish.

Kitty Meow!!! Allie loves kitty's now I know this is partly my fault by calling her Allie Cat since birth but its not a bad thing. She loves to point Kitty's out and say Meow. She will also pretend to be a Cat. She also like so chase the Cats around at her many grandmas houses. Probably a better term is torturer the cats. She still is having a hard time with how to be soft. Lucky she hasn't been hurt yet!
